Gun lobby money must
be pouring into the pockets of our Ohio state legislators. Those same
representatives are proposing a bill that would practically eliminate
the the penalty for conceal carry permit holders, when lawfully
detained, not alerting a police officer that they are armed, Why?
Downside, possible injury and death to both parties. Upside, NRA gets
to flex its legislative muscles and grow its brand.
In the meantime the
Ohio Senate is toying with legislation that could bring a Tayvon
Martin case to our state.
