DP&L
Energy Resources, the electricity provider for aggregation
customers in Wilmington, the unincorporated portion of Clinton County
and the village of Midland, gave a presentation to the Clinton County
Commissioners recently. The provider gave a similar briefing to
Wilmington City Council a few months ago.
